The Super 315A Brobo Cold Saw is equipped with a High Speed Steel blade for general purpose cutting of ferrous or non-ferrous tubes, shapes, and solids. Machines are supplied as bench models with a steel floor stand-optional. The main spindle rotates in a large bearing area for smooth operation and is driven buy a bronze wormwheel and steel worm shaft. The worm shaft is mounted in tapered roller bearing running in an oil bath. A fully integrated coolant system is standard. Safety guards are installed to offer maximum operator safety and minimum blade exposure while sawing. A safety trigger switch operating handle is standard equipment.
All Brobo Cold Saw machines are covered by a 2 year warranty with a complete selection of spare parts available.
Two three phase motors are available in LOW/MED and MED/HIGH speeds - in two voltages 220V or 440V with 230V single phase single speed an option. Use low speed (26 R.P.M) for stainless steel, medium speed (52 R.P.M) for mild steel and the high speed (103 R.P.M) for non-ferrous materials.

BROBO SCV350(14") & SCV400(16") COLD SAW MACHINES
Brobo Self Centering Vise(SCV) Cold Saw Series, SCV350 & SCV400 are manual clamping saws built for accurate cutting of ferrous materials. The self centering clamping vise enables the saw unit to replicate parallel and angled capability to cut beyond 45°. Cutting capacity for SCV350 & SCV400 cold saws are the same capacities as our Brobo S350 & S400 Series.
