Machining center with 5 CNC axes and moving gantry structure, designed for drilling, milling, thread-cutting and cutting of bars or workpieces made of aluminum, PVC, light alloys in general and steel, with cross sections up to 400 x 400 mm and length varying up to 15 meters. In the rear part of the gantry it is possible to install an (optional) cutting-off unit with blade dia. 550 mm, which allows performing seperation cuts directly on the entire rought bar. Thanks to the high power electrically- driven spindle (16.8Kw in S1) with HSK63F toolholder
Heavy-duty machining is also possible. The rotary disc tool magazine (NC axis) with 16 places can also accept the angle machining heads for working the bottom face of workpieces. A 450 mm dia. blade is housed in a special additional place. The machine can be used in double mode so as to minimize machine downtimes for workpiece loading/unloading. Furthermore it is also possible to machine parts with different codes and with different machining.
