Complete 6-axis CNC machining center, designed for drilling, milling, thread cutting and cutting on bars of aluminum, PVC and light alloys in general. It is provided with an automatic magazine for the rough bars feeding the unattended machine. The 4-axis CNC milling module with 4-electrically-driven spindles is located in the central part and is able to machine over the entire workpiece contour no matter how the workpiece is oriented. The continuous rotary NC cutting-off module allows
cutting angles ranging between 22°30' and 157°30' with down-stroking blade dia. 600 mm. The end part of the machining center consists of a magazine with cross belts for storage of the finished parts. The machining center is provided with a sound damped enclosure guard on the central operative part which, besides protecting the operator, also allows reducing the noise impact on the environment.
